Although Milford is not as productive as Barton, sharks teeth, mammals and shells are still found. There is also a famous crocodile bed, though finding crocodile remains is extremely rare. This location is not recommended for children.

Milford-on-Sea is not as fossiliferious as Barton, but still yields a range of shells, fish remains and sharks teeth.

This location is not suitable for children since it requires climbing the slippages.

  

A car park is nearby but there is a bit of a walk to get to the location.

Cliff

Most of the fossils are found within the cliff face or slippages.

! IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTES !

Common sense when collecting at all locations should be taken and knowledge of tide times should always be noted. Care should be taken of tides at Milford as you can become easily cut off. Care must also be taken of the soft areas in the clay, it is easy to become stuck especially in the landslipped areas. Many of these are still active so extreme care should be taken after and during long spells of rain.
